And then more on Wednesday.... just have to keep the path to the eggs clear! And the driveway
-

Yep! Just like mine!
Time to get the neighbors wondering how-the-hell do we "do that!"

I got some brisket burgers thawin. Might wade thru the mud and cook 'em on the egg, or...maybe throw them on my flat top in the kitchen. Tough decisions. Dang I want me some snow.
Enjoy the wings bro! I like the middle part best....with the two bones. Yowza.

You can have some of our snow - we got more coming tomorrow and again Wednesday.
Brisket burgers sound good... I have the next two weeks off - so I plan on doing lots of BBQ. -
That's better than 1/2 inch of ice which is what we have. I'm planning to start a brisket tonight.

BTW... we are big fans of the Dizzy Pig rubs. Hard to get here in Waterloo, Ontario. Our favorite butcher carried them for a short time, but can't get them anymore.
Stocked up last time we were in the Atlanta area... -
I am sure the neighbors think we are crazy outside cooking in all kinds of weather. I guess we should invite them over - then they would understand.

Last February, I had the First Mid-Winter Fest in my driveway.
With six Eggs a-cookin', we had about 75 visitors [some for several hours]. In addition l'il ole Moi, Crapaw, Eggfoot, CarWashMike and Buster cooked.
Anyone from within 100 miles of Omaha want to join for the Second Annual Mid-Winter Fest this coming Feb?
