First best wishes to all for a great evening :~}[p]Just about ready to pop two pork tenderloins on the BGE. They have been nicely marinating in equal parts of bourbon, Worchester and soy since about 1pm. And would you believe... a few shrimp for before dinner and a German chocolate cake for desert![p]Tomorrow I have six lbs of jerky (bottom round) that will have been experiencing the "Hi Mountain" seasoning for about 30 hours. More on that tomorrow.[p]Life is GOOD! :~}[p]Gfw[p][p]
