Kabob recipes

I will make beef Kabobs with onion, tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms. Any suggestions on cooking so everything is done without burning tomatoes and peppers?

I like to cook the meat with the onion, and cook the veggies on seperate skewers.[p]Good luck! Beers

paulH,[p]It's simple, I use frozen meatballs from the store. It cooks evenly with the other veggies.
