    MAC, I've done the Ugly Brothers version and was very happy with the results. Ken Stone has given it a go also and was satisfied also.(I think).
    Scroll down to Ugly Brothers Cured Pork Whatever and that is the method I used.

    Amen, Bob. I was so impressed with the results of Ugly Bros. that I bought a whole pork loin and divvied it up (after curing of course) for Christmas presents. So far the only negative comment has been "Why'd you only give me a pound?"
