Got home last night and mixed some Yoshida sauce, Hoisen sauce, garlic powder and LOTS of tabasco chipolte sauce together. Fired up the egg to 400 degrees and put a nice Alaskan salmon fillet on for about 30 minutes. Kept it basted with the sauce until done. Boy was it great. Little wife made a great big salad and we feasted. Well I feasted on the salmon cause she doesn't like it. Just one of those quickie sauce mixtures from the fridge with no real receipe. Looks like another great day here in sunny Arizona. See-Yaa
