expanded metal grids. Here is a picture of one with shrimp on them. These grids are about a dollar each. I bought a whole box.


Do NOT get a gift certificate to Omaha Steaks. Not worth it.

I have asked my family for double packs of Heavy Duty Aluminum foil....seriously...

of course I have asked for other stuff as well...

Foil is good. I asked for a heating pad last year. I wanted to make homemade marshmellow moon pies after watching Alton Brown do it.

I am new to the forums and to the egg (had it for about 3 months). Where does one get a cast iron grate? I have a med egg.
