The Saturday after Christmas (the 27th) Free Range is sponsoring a community meal for the less fortunate at 42 S. 5th Street in Reading, PA (rear of the building). We'll be doing 6 whole chuck rolls hoping to serve about 200. I plan to start them at about 5:00 pm the night before (Friday) and will graph them with my Stoker so you can all watch 'em cook :) This wouldn't be possible without the kind support of our local dealer, Fred of [ul=http://www.fredsmusicandbbq.com/]Freds Music and BBQ[/ul] He's supplying the 6 large eggs for us to cook on. I heard a rumor that they may be available Saturday night at a substantial discount if anyone is interested.
