Looks good Sheik! [p]It was snowing like crazy here in Northern VA yesterday. I stood outside in a tshirt while I watched my pork butt finish cooking out on the Egg. I was going out every 30 minutes or so just to keep a shovel path to my Egg.[p]Enjoy your chow!!![p]Michael

<p />shiek, cooked at 500° 3/3/2 the steak was a little over, the Mahi Mahi was perfect. I'm not much of a fish guy, but this stuff was great! First time I got to try Raging River Rub and I gotta tell ya. Super!!!
