best weather for using the BGE

Today its -14 degrees C, lightly snowing. I think this is the best weather for using the egg. Set it and forget it.[p]I have about 3 lbs. of bear jerky on all afternoon, maintianing a temp of about 180 degrees without any attention at all.[p]RayS

New Bob,[p]20 degrees C. Where do you live? I won't see temps like that for another 3 months.[p]While we were sitting down for dinner the weather forecast on the radio said -20 degree C with the wind chill. burrr.[p]RayS

Chuck,[p]I just had a taste, its just like beef jerky with a little wild tinge to it.[p]Most of the guys I work with either fish or hunt, so I get a great variety of differant meats to try.[p]RayS
