It is 45 degrees outside in lovely Brimfield IL so the egg is fired up. This “heat wave” comes with 30 mile per hour winds but It feels a lot better than the 10 degree days last weekend.

This lovely piece of meat will be at tomorrow’s potluck. It is sitting pretty at 250 with some hickory and ash chunks.

This is a sirloin steak seared at 600 with a little DP Raising the Steaks.I cooked this up for supper last night. D*mn that was good!
