Love Handles, in the new cookbook, we have referred to these as 'Atomic Buffalo Pods' to keep it "family friendly". :-)

Wise One,
Oops, sorry. I didn't know. Just when I thought I was getting the hang of things, I go and blow it--See Yaa

Love Handles, no you got it right (as far as the most popular name) but I thought I would give the more prudish among us a chance for an alternative nomenclature. They are too good not to have a name that you can share with the youngsters even if still want to maintain our "adult" name as well. :-)

Mark,The receipe is no big deal.
Mix some cream cheese with a little chopped garlic
Cut the stem ends off the jalapenos and take seeds out, this was done with an apple corer
We put this mixture in a cake decorator and squeezed some of it in the bottom of the jalapenos
Put some smoked clams, oysters or shrimp in the middle of the jalapenos and cover the top part with more cream cheese mixture.
Wrap a 1/4 piece of bacon over the top and toothpick it in place
Put the jalapenos in your Chile Grille and cook them on the egg for about 45 min -1 hour at about 250 degrees I also add a few chunks of oak for smoke flavor---mmm-mmm-good
By the way, I got my Chile Grill at www.chilegrille.com--or 888-784-7379
