Is a Medium Egg all you need ?

Q-BALL,[p]If cost is not a factor I would recommend the large for the best all round choice. You can do anything without restrictions. The medium is a fine choice and many will swear by it. The large will simply burn longer due to the amount of lump. The cooking grid distance from the fire is nearly identical on both models so both will sear the steak equally as well. The large is really great when you need to cook more food on those rare ocassions. It can handle anything.[p]

Q-BALL,
You can do just about anything on a medium. For proof, go to my site and see for yourself. There are a few others here that can show further testamonials.

Q-BALL,
I've had my Medium for over a year now and am very happy with it. I cook for as many people as I want to put up with ;~) at one time, and have not been starved for space. Having said that, it seems that no size is enough - look at all the Eggers who have a Large, then add a Small, then add a Mini, and some even add a Medium to that assortment. Just jump in, you'll never regret it.
