Started out with a brine of kosher,honey,teriyaki and garlic. Brined overnight. Took out of brine and dried then vacuum saved in honey teriyaki marinade for 5 hours cooked at 325 with adler chips indirect.. Moist.tender with the other half in the fridge waiting to be sliced for whatever...
