The Naked Whiz,
I had the spatchcocked cooked on a raised grill last noght for dinner. The in-laws were quite impressed.[p]I appreciate the help & advice. Had left over chicken sandwiches for dinner. Tried a new BBQ sauce - "Sweet Baby Rays". THe sauce was a real hit. It appears this will be the staple from here on out.[p]Banker John
