E2K 30 Days Away!!!

E2K is only 30 days away!!! I just took another peak at the web site (awesome job, TimM and NB) and saw that counter read 30 days and boy am I getting excited! ST and I were talking about how much of a blast this is gonna be the other day. I know ST has already promised to cook some sausages plus we're definitely bringing some homebrews. I'm definitely gonna either cook something there or at least bring some tasty sides and desserts or some combination of the three. I have a very good recipe for American Potato salad from my oft mentioned Julia Child/Jacque Pepin cookbook that I'm thinking of making en masse as a nice side.[p]Anyway, just wanted to post a quick "I'm psyched" message about the fest. For those planning to come, GET PSYCHED!!! For those not yet planning to come, PLAN TO COME!!! For those not able to come, take a rain check for the next gathering or, better yet, start to plan your own!!!
