Help with Tilapia???

Good Morning everyone.
Hope everyone is having a great Sunday.
Today my wife came home with some Tilapia.
Never heard of this.
Anyone have a receipe for this?

  • Dublin,[p]My wife and I eat Tilapia quite a bit. Its a nice mild flakey fish. One of our fav's is to cover in PIC-A-Peppa sauce and grill around 400 with a couple of wood chunks. Only takes about 5 minutes a side, and spray the grill with some non stick or olive oil. Makes a great sandwich or entree. Note, it is a flaky fish and cant stand to be turned more then once, it falls apart as it it so dont overcook. Fishbasket would work great if you have one.
