Hey Bente - awesome sausage

On your recommendation I bought a package of the Georgia Boy sausage at Kroger today. Super cheap - 13 huge sausages for $6.

I smoked four of them on the mini at 300* with some sweetwood chips for about 45 minutes until they were hissing and whistling and just about to pop.

Great flavor and I love the bite of the casing. Quite possibly the best storebought sausage I've ever had.

    glad you liked them i have been usinvg them for a couple years since i don't have a good butcher that makes their own :(
