    New Bob,[p]I did Kevi's King of the Roasts Prime Rib on New Year's Day and as always, it was fantastic! The two sauces above the plate are both horseradish sauces, but one was made using beet horseradish rather than the usual one. Many thanks to Stogie for posting the recipe. It's turned into one of our favorites.[p]Tonia
