Pete - not sure you caught my response to your question about which cornbread recipe I used . . .

I used the one from the 2007 Florida Eggfest collection on the Whiz site. Unfortunately it does not have any mention regarding direct or indirect baking of the cornbread and I regrettably selected the wrong way. My fault - I really should have known better but in the flurry of Thanksgiving activity I just didn't think.

Its still a great recipe - if one does it right!
