first brisket

I did my first brisket over the weekend. I let it sit in nature boy's eggfest marinade (see recipe board) for four hours. Then I packed a mix of DizzyPig Cowlick's rub and brown sugar all over it and put it on the BGE for 16 hours (1 seven lb brisket) at 200º. I used a #2 temp ring. I am not sure what my final internal temp was because my dome temp fell to 150º toward the end while I was at a movie. [p]Anyway it was a big hit, but I'm trying to figure out if it should be juicier inside.[p]
