Well, I have, somewhere, a 3 ring binder with many, mant many recipes in it, but with moving some things around, it's been mis-placed. I have a 4.25# bone in pork sirloin roast and am looking for ideas. I've done google searches and have some good flavoring ideas. Rather than try to remember what temp and method to cook, I'd like advice from the forum.....always an easy way out, plus, the experinced cooks here are awesome! Thanks you all!

    Toe 49,
I'd brine it for 8-12 hours, rinse it, season it with your favorite rub for 2-24 hours then cook indirect at 350 until the internal temp is 150-160. Let it sit 15-20 miutes and carve. Enjoy.
