does anyone have a good receipe for making tamale with leftover Mad Max turkey?

Tamale Pie, Spicy
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb Ground Beef or Chopped, Cooked Turkey/Chicken
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 1 1/4 Ozs Pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
1 8Ozs. Can Stewed Tomatoes, Drained & Chopped
1 Cup Frozen Corn, Thawed & Drained
3 Whol;e Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2/3 Cup Bisquick Baking Mix
1/3 Cup Cornmeal, Yellow
Procedure:
1 Heat oven to 400°F.
2 Grease deep 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain. Stir in onion and seasoning mix; spread in plate. Sprinkle with tomatoes and corn.
3 Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
