Like most here, we're doing the MMT.
Stockpot put together first:
The raw bird (an 18# Honeysuckle White)
Filled with all the MMT goodies and covered with herb butter:

I found out that my probe wasn't or it wasnt' accurate. The instant probe told me the truth.
