What a great place - I did not realize that Max actually had a hotline - you all are wonderful (and here is hoping that I don't need the hotline).
I will say that the turkey smells amazing (already had a neighbor pop over)... here is hoping it tastes as good as it smells...

Well My Turkeys are on and getting happy at 350 degrees..

Even broke down and using my DigiQ II's to make sure they stay that way.

Max does the hot line twice a year. All these questions will be asked ALL over again come Christmas :woohoo:

The forum is wide open and manned today as well.
