Turkey - 2 Questions (Mad Max Method)
Two questions:
1) In the photo with the butter paste on the turkey, it looks like the paste is only on the top part of the turkey. Is that right, or should it be applied/spread around the entire bird?
2) I'm using one of those disposable roasting pans that you buy at the grocery store. Can I use that on the stove to do the gravy afterwards, or should I scrape everything out of it and do it in a different pan?
Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

I can only help you on your first question. I saw,in person, the immortal one himself, Mad Max, smear his butter all over the whole turkey.
Can't help you with nyour second question as I've never tried that.
