Me, Chuck Watson and our eggs will be cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the pregame crew before the late NFL game in Philly tonight. We think they will be eating on air and showing us cooking when they go on at 7:00 Eastern time, but these things have a way of changing. I'll be making a turkey, a stuffed rolled pork loin and a couple sides and Chuck will be making his famous egged cheesesteaks. Other than freezing, it should be fun. If anybody can record it to a disc I would really appreciate it.

We didn't get home in time to see - Did shots of Ray & crew make it? If so GREAT - if not - too bad, but you know those folks ate well!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

Sorry, but I realized prior to game time it was on the NFL Network.
I don't have the NFL Network . . . frick. -
I recorded and watched it, fast forwarded it to the shots of Dr. BBQ. They didn't interview him but did show him working a couple eggs (X-Large?) and proceded to promote his book. Warren Sapp was chowin' down on a plate of food and giving "props" to Dr. BBQ.
I was hopeing for an interview but was cool to see him cookin' on the eggs and promoteing the cook book.
BTW..I made 2 "Trish Trigg Pecan Pies" out that NFL cookbook yesterday and they are super easy and as good as any Pecan pie I've had. Thanks Dr. BBQ for the great book! -
Anyway you can post stuff to Youtube via your Wii, if you have it on your DVR Steve??
ILL--EGGER and the good "DR."

You should try to do that Steve so we can see the footage.
