Cooked the kids pizza at 400 and it took forever. Finally pulled it when the cheese melted. Crust never rose. Looked and tasted like Chef Boyardee. Very disappointed, though the little ones didn't mind.[p]Then came time for the adult pizza. Pressure is on. Big sucker smothered in motz, roni and ham. Let humpty get an attitude at 550. 15 minutes later....success![p]Unbelievable last night! Better for breakfast this morning.[p]Storing cookbooks in the indoor ovens now.
