Deglazing Disposable Aluminum Turkey Pan?
Porco Rosso
Posts: 84
I'm maxing a bird tomorrow, and the best rig I can come up with (that fits) is a disposable aluminum pan with the v-rack in it.
Anyone ever tried de-glazing one of these for turkey gravy? Am I going to end up with aluminum flecks in my gravy or something horrible like that?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I’ve deglazed an aluminum pan….
Just need to be careful to not make any holes. I used a wire whisk with the pan over heat and it work fine…But I too, was skeptical. -
Thanks!
Happy Turkey Day!
