Big Game Appetizers

I am big into my appetizers during football season. We always have the NFL Ticket on DirecTV, so every Sunday is a day to cook. If you have never tried it, the next time you buy a premade frozen appetizer that requires cooking in the oven, instead heat it up on the egg. Just lay a few folded sheets of tinfoil down on the grate to creat a cookie sheet, spray with pam (before laying on hot grill, down want to blow up!). Then lay your frozen appetizers down, rotating when appropriate.[p]Tamales and taquitos are great on there. Adding a chunk of smoking wood greatly changes the tastes for a little variey. And the best thing of all, this time of year your beer doesn't get warm if you leave it out side while cooking.
