Okay.....during the past 2 weeks I've done plenty of cooking for the NFL playoffs. A few weeks ago it was chili. Last week it was an awesome Jambalaya. Rather than do a repeat, as the same crowd will be over, I'd like to try something different. Doesn't seem right not to have a bowl of some spicey food in hand while watching the game today. Any suggestions? Ideas can be posted here or sent to me via email.....I'm still recovering from that Elvis picture.....

  • Toe 49,
Make a cheese dip. 2lbs velveeta, 1 pound browned chorizo sausage, 1 or two cans Extra Hot Rotel. Add a second can if you prefer your cheese dip thinner and hotter. If you have those in the group who find store bought hot taco sauce actually hot, you may consider using mild rotel. [p]I recommend a well chilled Samual Adams or Bass Ale to accompany. [p]

  • Toe 49,[p]Hot wings are fast and easy, as are hot links or hot Italian sausages, and/or, if you have time, the ubiquitous ABT's.[p]Lee[p]
