Good Morning fellow Egger's,
This is how I started out Super Bowl Sunday,
7:30A.M.:
4.75lb. butt on med. egg, used BGE pizza stone on the main grid,drip pan then grill extender with butt on top. A few chunks of alder and oak for smoke and a small onion to make the neighborhood smell good.[p]This afternoon it will be two "Brant's Brined Beer Butt Birds" in Mr. Large, a couple of beers for the cook throughout this laborious task. It's a bright and sunny 48° at 9A.M. this morning and should be about 78° this afternoon.[p]May ya all enjoy Super Bowl Sunday.[p]Cheers,
