What time does everyone fire up that big green machine for today's festivities?
I plan on around noon for some kabobs, then around fivish for the scallops and wings since they don't take as long.
Those stuffed mushrooms sure do sound good.
Have a great day egging.[p]CWM

    Car Wash Mike ,
Fired mine up about 8:00 last night. 6.5 pound Boston Butt on at 9:15. BGE stayed dead center 250 all night. Butt now approaching 162. Looks like all on track so far to be ready by kickoff. Enjoy the game and the tailgate party!

  • Car Wash Mike ,
High noon. We'll be cooking some ribs. I hope to have them ready after kickoff so we have something to eat during the game. (I'm one of those types who finish their popcorn at the movie theatre before they even dim the lights...)[p]TNW

    Car Wash Mike ,
I will plan on starting mine up around 1:00-1:30 eastern (Vermont) time. I'm tossing on some ribs which I'd like to have done sometime around kickoff. Menu for today looks like ABT (plus a few similar, no peppers but wrapped around french bread for the wimpy people), stuffed mushrooms....not sure what else but I'm sure something will come up!

    Car Wash Mike ,
Game time here is 6:18, so I figure if I light up the egg by 3:30 to make wings, I'll be done by 5 at the latest, in time to go to the party down the block. Can't wait to try ChefRD's wings from GFW's site.

  • Car Wash Mike ,[p]I fired up the Egg at 7 this morning to start cooking the Turducken I assembled yesterday. It's been quite an adventure, and I will post pics when all is said and done. Wish me luck![p]-Skooter
