The perfect threesome: The Big Green Egg, A Bottom Round Roast and Dizzy Pig Steak Rub. [p]Damn! I rubbed the 3.5 pounder in olive oil, sprinkled liberally with Dizzy Pig Steak Rub, wrapped in Saran for 4 hours. I then cooked indirect with a ton of hickory smoke about 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes, slice. Wonderful! A cheap cut of meat that was nice and juicy, smokey and full of wonderful flavor.[p]Needless to say, I'm going to have to pull out a French Dictionary and see if they have any other really good phrases.... :-)[p]TNW
