4 racks of ribs?

I am going to smoke 4 full racks of ribs on a large BGE. Do I need a rib rack? Could I use an inverted v rack? Or could I just stack them trying to leave space between them? Also, how long should I keep smoke thick? Thanks for your help. The Super Bowl crowd will appreciate it. Tom

    Tom,
An inverted V rack will do the trick. I've done 6 slabs of babybacks at a time.
As far as smoke goes. I throw on a handful of soaked apple wood chunks when smoking. When they are gone, there gone.
    Hope this helps.[p]CWM
