Turkey Cleaning Time
Rollocks
Posts: 576
I came across an interesting blog that had series of pictures of showing how fresh turkeys are processed. It starts with the draining of the blood, goes through the scalding process to remove the feathers, the plucking and the finally the removal of the offal.
I found it very interesting, If you don't mind seeing blood and are not a member of PETA.

If I worried about how my meat got to my table I'd starve.. I already know too much how the veggie's get there..
I am a proud member of PETA (People Eating Tasty Animals) -
that brings back some memories. my first job out of college I had to visit east texas chicken growers and processors every couple weeks. after first couple times through the processing plant, I could not eat chicken anywhere. finally got to the point where I ate chicken in the plant cafaterias. go figure, Twww.ceramicgrillstore.com ACGP, Inc.

Turkey CLEANING time???? That's a little beyond cleaning. More like turkey masacre! I was expecting to see something a little different. That's a little more than I needed to see.

I warned you that is was bloody. It's not like they were field dressing a moose or anything.
