Howdy folks...
Heres todays dinner :
Irish Angus Cheeseburger, grilled indirect on the egg at 375 F with some cherry wood for smoke. Topped with grilled Onion and Cheddar Cheese, and some au gratin potatoes as a side. Life is good ! :woohoo:
