Or is there others also that find it's hard to beat EGG cooked meals? Well our company had it's annual Thanksgiving meal at it's usual spot again but this year it was different why you may ask.. well let me 1st say that last year i thought it was the best place to eat, and the food tasted good :) that being said this year it was different the food wasn't that good now maybe it's because i now have all this working in my favor... i have the BGE the knowledge of prepping and the skills of preparing and the ability of creating my own concoctions which also includes making my own spices and sauces that i can season to my likings and the great family i have faithfully adopted here on this great forum  any way the spot we went to served baked and fried chicken as well as cakes pies vegetables and a list of other stuff  the baked chicken they served was dry as saw dust  the spices they used only stayed on the top of the skin in which i removed and discarded so no season past that the fried chicken was ok but i've made better needless to say i only had a piece of each which i didn't even finish :S and my 1st attempt at spatchcocked chicken was far better than anything they could hope to offer.. if the only knew  what i'm trying to say is that you really don't know how bad some food is until you OWN an egg or two or more

The BGE there is no subsitute :woohoo:
