8 pound Brisket

I want to cook an 8 pound brisket for my father's birthday. He is in the hospital battling cancer for the past two months and I want to make sure its going to be good. This is my first brisket on my egg. Does anyone have a good recipe?

Try this site. I have a 12lb brisket on the egg as we speak. It is at 181 degrees and oh so close to being ready to rest before eating. Hope your father does well. I can't think of a better gift than a brisket on the egg i am sure it will make his day.
