you can easily go 22 - 24 pounds. .. .i've seen some folks go even bigger, like 26 - 28 pounders. ...but that is a tighter fit. . . just make sure you do a "cold" test fit first with your set up to see how it is all gonna fit before you fire up your egg. . ..
my roaster pan holds a 22 pounder very nicely so that is what i usually buy .... -
