<p />One of my favorite days. Heat that BGE up to the 700 range throw on a couple filets, when dwelling, place the shrimp on.
Men and women I love this cooker. [p]CWM

Car Wash Mike,[p]WOW, quite a load of lump in there for a couple steaks. Do you always use that much? I guess it's like I always say, "You can't have too much, but you sure can easily have too little". I like to clean mine like that too! Doing Pizza also cleans it up real good.[p]Enjoy.[p]Tim

    Tim M,
I can't seem to get the BGE up to 700 without a good size load of lump.
I got the idea from you about cleaning day. What a way to clean up grids ect.[p]CWM

Car Wash Mike,[p]Interesting - I can easuily get my large up to 700+ with half that much lump, but I can't get the small up that high even with that much. Go figure.[p]Enjoy the steaks! You should be able to sear them well with that set up.[p]Tim
