What I made this morning for tonight. Lots of stuff in the meatloaf not in the picture. Dizzy Pig Fire walk,tomato sauce, Italian spice,dill weed,pepper,Dijon country mustard,horseradish and??? :S Oh, some sweet Italian sausage also.

No salt as the buckboard bacon and other spices will be plenty. Even though I use a lot of salt in my beer I did notice at the Tempe Fest that most things while being extremely good had more salt then I would use. So now I know it's me, I'm the odd ball once again. :(

Now, it's beer thirty somewhere,so it's a Heine for me after all that hard work. Took about 45 min. and the sweat is pouring off of me. :lol:
