bottom round beef roast

Has anyone tried a bottom round beef roast on the egg? Any suggestions???

    Michael, I have 2 different ways. The first is beef jerky which I don't think you are looking for.
    I have wrapped in bacon and cooked around the 250 indirect mark until done. Sliced and then added BBQ sauce for BBQ beef and bun feasts.
    As for a roast maybe another eggspert will help you.[p]CWM
