Convert... Converted.. Have had a water pan smoker grill for the last 19 years and thought how can meats have more juice than being cooked over a water pan??? Made some loin chops tonight.. Cooked at 650 for 1/1/4 (1/2 inch thick) They were so juicy and tasty.... Thanks for the help.........Convert
