2 pounds of cooked ziti, 48 ounce container of Ricotta mixed with a cup or so of Pecorino (spinach if you like it too), salt & pepper, a few cups or so of gravy (a long slow simmered pot of meatballs/sausage & other meats in tomato sauce), add some of the meat too, mix all together & put into a baking dish & top with your favorite cheese that melts & some more grated cheese & bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes

    this looks pretty easy ;)

Pasta, Ziti, W/Three Cheese & Turkey Sausage

1 lb Italian turkey sausage casing removed, cooked & crumbled
3 cups ziti or other tubular-shaped pasta cooked and drained
1 Container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
    1 Can (8 ounces) Italian-flavored tomato sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1 Package (8 ounces) Mozzarella cheese shredded, divided

    1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Combine cooked sausage, cooked ziti, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and half of the shredded Mozzarella; stir to blend.
3 Spoon pasta mixture into a buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; drizzle with tomato sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4 Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and hot. Uncover and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
