HI ALL,
I NEED A GOOD AND EASY RECIPE FOR ROUND EYE OF ROUND ROAST.
ANY HELP? GOING TO BE COOKING TODAY. 3 TO 4 HR COOK IS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR.

Eye of round is pretty lean. Long cooks will dry it out. Fast and hot is my suggestion. How big is it??[p]Turn off the caps lock key, makes it look like you are yelling at us.[p]Tim

<p />METMAN,[p]Tim is right, low n slow will give you tough n dry. I did these at about 400* until 130* internal. Slice it thin and you will be happy with the results.[p]Chuck

I see a drip pan, was that indirect? Looks good.[p]CWM

Car Wash Mike,[p]It was indirect only due to the drip pan. There was no extra ceramic barrier ie plate setter or fire bricks. I usually do two at a time and after slicing foodsaver the rest to use for hot sandwiches. [p]Have a great night.[p]Chuck
