This is a good app to go along with whatever else you cook....

Fresh Shrimp, piled up in a "foil bag/pouch", throw in some fresh minced garlic, couple of sticks of real butter, maybe some ragin river. Cook the shrimp in the bag, right on on the grill...open bag to check & stir, & cover with moz. cheese right before shrimp are done....serve right out of the bag with toothpics if want...

Its kinda like a poor man's shrimp scampi, but great off the grill....

Peel & devein the shrimp...you want the shrimp to cook in the butter (once its good & melted)...and then melt the moz over the top at the end....

This is one of my favorite easy cooks...and always a huge hit....if you can get your hands on fresh gulf shrimp its even better....
