submit not working to post

i typed up a reply to a post, i thought maybe my session timed out since i left the computer for about 20 minutes, i finished typing, previewed my message, then closed the preview window, and when i press the submit button, nothing happens. when i did a refresh it shows i still have a session.

windows XP pro, IE 6
