Last night's dinner

I have company so we had nice thick filet mignon's last night. Coated with olive oil and Dizzy's Cowlick rub, wrapped in plastic for several hours, cooked in my medium for about 4 min. per side at 650°. I had one, my friends wife had one, he had two and was looking for more. Served with a salad and two bottles of wine. [p]They will be here for the week so we have hamburgers,pork tenderloin, T bones and prime rib on the menu. It's going to be a tough week. LOL[p]Cheers,
