First Pizza on Egg - Outstanding

I've seen a lot of pizza on the forum. Thought I'd give it a try this evening. It was very easy and the results were great.

Yeah the pizza joints in our community here in piedmont north carolina don't carry anchovies. So this was a treat. I can see doing pizza often. No need to order out again.

you hit the nail on the head, there is no need to overpay for a pizza that cannot match what you can pull out of the egg, & that being your first pie, you see how easy & fun it is - awesome aint it?

Pizza looks great! I love doing pizza on the EGG. That subtle smokey flavor makes a huge difference.

Hold the fish though.
