It's an antipasta spread. You can't buy it anywhere in the states because it hasn't gotten FDA approval. Hopefully the company will be doing that soon. I'm sure as soon as that happens you'll hear about it on the forum. - Anne

Definitely has a hot kick to it though not burning hot. The texture is smooth with finely chopped artichokes, mushrooms, eggplants, hot peppers, olives and carrots held together with lots of vegetable oil. To me I can really pick out the flavours of olives and artichokes as the dominant ones. You spread it on crackers or put on Italian sandwiches or add as a finishing touch to pasta, kinda like arrabbiata or puttanesca. The spread is kinda pricey as well but well worth it.
